Refund Policy – SOV Networks

At SOV Networks, we prioritize delivering quality education and career opportunities while maintaining a transparent and ethical approach to our policies. However, certain terms are in place to ensure the smooth functioning of our programs:

  • If a candidate requests a break and during that period the course structure is upgraded, modified, or discontinued, the candidate must either accept the revised curriculum or enroll in a different program by paying the fee difference. Refund requests in such cases will be strictly declined, and SOV Networks will not be held responsible.
  • Candidates enrolled under the Job Guarantee Program are expected to actively participate in the placement process. If a candidate refuses to attend interviews or shows non-cooperation in job placement activities, they will be ineligible for any refund.
  • For Certification and Customized Training Programs, once the fee (part/full) is paid, it is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • We strongly encourage candidates to carefully review the Terms & Conditionsto fully understand the refund eligibility criteria for the Job Guarantee Program.
