Terms of Use – SOV Networks

General Guidelines

• Candidates seeking **Certification & Job Assistance** must clear the Screening Round with a **minimum of 70%**.
• The authority to reschedule, transfer, or modify batches rests solely with **SOV Networks Management**.
• SOV Networks reserves the right to refuse admission or discontinue enrolment at any time.
• A **Break** (temporary leave) is allowed **only once for up to 3 months**, while a **Transfer** requires prior management approval.
• **Fee Default:** A **10% re-admission fee** applies if a candidate defaults on fees before a Break/Transfer.
• Sharing **study materials, class links, or internal information** will lead to **immediate termination and legal action**.
• Job placement is based on **knowledge, skills, and performance**, not guaranteed.
• Admissions are **non-transferable**.

Admission Process

• Admission is based on **eligibility criteria** set by the institute.
• False information or **forged documents** will result in **immediate cancellation** without a refund.
• To confirm admission, candidates must:
• Pay the **admission fee**.
• Submit required documents:
  • Completed **admission form**
  • Valid **Address Proof**
  • Latest **academic mark sheets**
  • Two **passport-size photographs**

Fees Policy

• Full course fee must be paid as per the installment plan.
• Once paid, fees are **non-refundable** under any circumstances.
• **Late payment charges:**
• **₹100/day** for Certification/Customized Training
• **₹800/day** for Job Guarantee Programs
• A dishonored cheque results in **immediate suspension** from classes.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Admission will be cancelled if the candidate:
• Misses **5 consecutive classes** without prior notice.
• Engages in **misconduct or indiscipline**.
• Fails to follow the **Break/Transfer process**.
• Delays **fee payments**.
• Refund Eligibility:
• **100% refund** if requested **within 1 week** of admission.
• After 1 week, refunds are only considered if **no placement** is provided **within 6 months**.

Job Guarantee Program

• Requires **70%+ score** in all **3 semesters**.
• Placement assistance begins **after course completion**.
• Only candidates who have **paid the full course fee** are eligible.
• Salary packages **up to ₹9 LPA**, based on performance.
• Unlimited **interview opportunities** for compliant candidates.
• If a candidate fails the course, **re-admission with a 5-10% penalty fee** applies.

Code of Conduct

• Maintain **discipline, respect, and professionalism** at all times.
• Strictly **prohibited activities:**
• Consumption of **alcohol, tobacco, or illegal substances**.
• Engaging in **violence, threats, or verbal abuse**.
• Theft, vandalism, or possession of **dangerous items**.
• Disrupting classes or interfering with institute services.

• SOV Networks may **update course structures** anytime without prior notice.
• Admission is **non-transferable**.
• Job Guarantee is based on **knowledge, skills, and dedication**.
